 The 11th EVI-GTI Conference

Dear EVI-GTI members and followers, 

please notice that the Call for Presentations for the EVI-GTI Conference* has started. 

EVI-GTI would now like to remind you of taking your chance to give a Technical Presentation at the EVI-GTI Conference session.

Don't hesitate to contact our Review Team for any advice if you have a presentation ready or a topic in your mind that you would like to present. 

We also encourage you to hand in ideas for Technical workshops for our Community.

It is as easy as this:

- Write an Abstract and send it to: review-committee@evi-gti.eu.

- Our Review Committee will decide on the acceptance

- Then start to write your Technical Presentation (PPT or PDF)

- See list of topics below

Topics for presentations

within the

EVI-GTI scope

should be related to 

Instrumentation and applications

to aero / stationary gas turbines.

Examples:

·     Measurements and instrumentation in gas turbines (especially welcome are measurements in hot gas flows or on hot surfaces, structural, non-intrusive measurements)

·     Experiences with long time measurements (monitoring)

·     Development of enhanced  instrumentation and probes (additive Manufacturing, hight temperature application, abrasive environments etc.

·     Presentation of existing test stands, test engines and ideas

·     Wireless sensors and energy harvesting   

·     Standardization

·     EU-funded projects of common interest

·     Rotating measurements / telemetry

·     Gap measurements

·     Acceleration, Vibration, Strain Gauges

·     Blade tip timing, IR Thermometry, Pyrometry, Emissions

(*) The 11th EVI-GTI conference will be held in Hannover, Germany, 25-27 March 2025. Like in 2023 at the ETC15 in Budapest, the ETC16 will again be organised by Euroturbo with the collaboration of EVI-GTI, who will manage and run a three days parallel session focused on testing, measurement techniques and experimental validation. Besides the presentation of the papers selected for the conference, this new session will host other presentations and activities, similarly to previous EVI-GTI conferences.
